The Challenge
Personal trainers and gym coaches were managing athlete programming through spreadsheets, messaging apps, and paper logs. Clients forgot their routines, coaches couldn't track compliance between sessions, and scaling beyond 15–20 clients became impossible. Meanwhile, generic fitness apps offered cookie-cutter plans with no coach involvement, leaving a gap for supervised, personalized programming at scale.
Our Solution
We built The Moses Method as a dual-interface platform - a coach dashboard (Laravel/Vue.js) for programming and analytics, and a client-facing mobile-responsive web app for gym-floor use. Coaches create periodized training blocks with exercises, sets, reps, and RPE targets. Clients log workouts in real time, track body composition metrics (weight, measurements, progress photos), and receive automatic adjustments based on performance trends. The platform includes a video exercise library, in-app messaging between coach and client, and accountability features like streak tracking and workout reminders via push notifications.
