The Challenge
FedEx ISP contractors were struggling to manage payroll as they scaled - manually calculating per-stop and per-package pay across multiple drivers, tracking fuel expenses per CSA (service area), handling 6th-day bonus pay, and exporting to different payroll providers. Error-prone spreadsheets led to compliance violations, costly payroll mistakes, and leadership teams buried in admin work instead of growing their business.
Our Solution
We built logistics payroll web application - a purpose-built SaaS platform that automates the entire ISP payroll workflow. The system supports per-stop and per-package compensation models with up to 3 stop-threshold tiers per employee, automatic 6th-day bonus calculations, and fuel expense tracking per driver per CSA. It exports directly to 7 payroll providers (Paychex, ADP, ProLiant, Gusto, Corpay, Paylocity, Netchex) and integrates with 5 fuel card partners (WEX, Coast Pay, Piston Fuel, Fuelz, Sunoco). Built-in analytics track weekly revenue, stops, and profit margins for data-driven decision making.
