Our Solution
We developed ApartmentPermits as a multi-tenant SaaS platform with role-based portals for management, residents, guests, and enforcement providers. Management gets a real-time dashboard showing occupancy by complex, unit, and lot - with violation history and enforcement partner assignment. Residents register vehicles and manage guest permits through a self-service portal, eliminating front-desk bottlenecks. Guests receive SMS-based registration links (via Twilio) with time-limited permits. The enforcement portal syncs in real-time so tow companies always work from current data. Stripe handles paid parking and guest overage billing. The system imports data from any property management system or parking platform.
